Joel was very nice and very informative, and provided practical advice to help us maintain our heat pump. He provided a great service and was friendly, and kind! Our young daughter felt comfortable while he was here even though she is often quite unsure around strangers. We would highly recommend this technician to others!

Rob was by yesterday got everything set up inside and out very clean and efficient . Mat the electrician came in next got the job done in no time very respectful of the house ..Johnny and Alex came the next day and set it all up for me .They were very clear with instructions on how to run the system .thanks to the whole team for being kind ,efficient, and a very professional team ,thanks 360 the unit looks amazing fits in very well .

Joel and Dylan came to help us when our furnace suddenly stopped working. We got a helpful text to tell us they were coming, and they showed up on time ready to help. Super professional and friendly and did a fantastic job explaining what the issues were. I was pretty worried we would be looking at a huge bill but they were able to fix it for a VERY reasonable price. Thank you both, I would definitely recommend Joel and Dylan to anyone 😊

Had a best experience with Curtis. We fixed our bathrooms focusing on the water faucets and re-installed the toilets to prevent any water leaks. Curtis carefully analyzed any possible problems and where to replace. He replaced the things with care and he spent enough time to make sure everything is working fine. He explained everything how to maintain bathroom in a good condition as well. Very friendly and professional. Will recommend this service to my friends and relatives as well.

We have dealt with 360 Comfort Systems since December 2020 and I will explain our families experiences. In Dec 2020 our furnace died on Christmas Eve and we had no heat in the upstairs of our house, 360 was quick and efficient getting our furnace repaired. Flash forward to Nov 2021 when we decided to make an upgrade to a heat pump system: One of the heatpumps were on backorder (the one for our babies room) and we were needing to transition our baby into his room. 360 was able to create a solution so our babys room had heat, which was fantastic. The tech we had was Mason, and each and every time he has been fantastic.

Very Happy with the entire process the installers (James, Brian and Liam) were excellent. I don't have the name of the electrician but he also did excellent work, We look saving on heating in the winter and cool summers and would be happy do deal with this company again

Julie was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything that we have come to expect from 360 Comfort Systems. I only wish that they had kept their membership fee at $21 a month instead of increasing it to a hefty $35 for a plumber I don't need and don't want. Not a good way to keep existing customers happy or attract new ones.

The whole experience with 360 was amazing. I was told the technician would arrive in 30 minutes, I was sent a message with a photo of the technician and Mike arrived on time. He was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience and definitely will be having 360 back to yearly maintenance. Highly recommend their service.

I can't say enough good things about this company, which has been responsive immediately from the day we called them, unlike any of the other heat pump companies in the Victoria area. James, our technician in charge of the installation, wasn't just efficient and quality-conscious in his work; he was also fun to talk to, which tends to be unique. We would recommend 360 Comfort Systems to anyone.

This company is the best!! They responded to my inquiry right away about getting a heat pump and were timely to provide us with a competitive quote and installation. In fact we were pleasantly surprised to get our units installed a couple of weeks in advance - for us and our next door neighbours. We couldn’t find anyone local on the peninsula to help us but these guys came in their beautiful trucks from Duncan and we are so happy with their service. Five star service all the way!!!

Joel is an excellent technician very professional very pleasant.. I see that hehas a high standard of Excellence . The 360 HVAC team I would recommend to anyone.It's sad that the company has changed their fall and spring maintenance schedule for residential to only once a year for HVAC, they have now included plumber and electrical which I don't require therefore I have withdrawn from there maintenance plan but that being said I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the 360 HVAC team to anyone and if they ever go back to the old service plan for HVAC I'll sign right back up again!

On time and answered any questions we had.-Tom was efficient , very knowledgeable about every aspect of our Heat Pump and information on how long certain parts ( like the Heat Pump motor) could last. Great salesman! Not pushy but very informative making our important decision about a new heat pump easier to understand. Thank you, for your service visit much appreciated. Dave and Dorothy. Tom serviced our Furnace and Heat Pump on March 23/22 we had a problem which required immediate attention. He was able to help us within a hour and a half , super guys who deserves a 5 star rating!! He even had the parts we required in his van and got our system up and running in no time. Thank you Tom again for such good attention to detail above and beyond.
