After purchasing a home in Cowichan Valley that needed much done to improve the efficiency of heating it, and various other ventilation deficiencies in bathrooms, and the kitchen, we contacted 360 Comfort Systems. Reed Gary was able to deliver a variety of solutions to meet all of our needs within our budget, and his depth of knowledge on the products used, including a Daikin VRV split system, Venmar ventilator, and Navien hot water on demand, was excellent. Moving to a different type of heating system meant a steep learning curve for us, but Reed was able to provide solid support and went beyond the call to get whatever was needed.
