"I am very pleased with repairs to my heat pump by 360 Comfort systems. They are very professional, bang on time and kept me well informed during the entire process. Joel (our HVAC technician) is awesome! He is obviously very competent and knowledgeable. He was happy to explain everything he was doing and clearly answered all my (many) questions. He provided multiple repair / cost quote options and resolved the problem perfectly. These may not be the cheapest guys out there but I don't mind paying for quality service. I am very happy with the result."
"Of 4 companies contacted, the most professional presentation for a heat pump was done by 360Com’s Lucas. Very clear and he took his time to do it. We had the energy assessment done and 2 months later, Jun and his helper Liam and the electrician Matt showed up for the installation. Fast and efficient, they completed the job in one day, and they had the time to give me updates during the day and to answer my questions. Very satisfied with the job and the pump kept us cool during very hot days."
