Always courteous and polite, the whole crew was professional and well presented. Right down to the phone contact person who followed up with any questions and put us in contact with the right person.They set up and cleaned up so that we hardly knew they were here. Great service...on time with calls to say when the person was going to arrive..very dependable...always pleasant to deal with..also the all installers involved were weaing their masks..left our home without leaving any trace that work had been done. Would definitely recommend this company.

Rob and his team installed a new HVAC system for us today. Rob was very friendly and efficient. He kept me in the loop throughout the day with the progress. They took all of the old equipment and packaging away and cleaned up everything before they left. Very happy with our experience.

The young man Liam came to check my home for a heat pump quote. He was very professional, polite, and explained my options well. I liked that he wore a face mask too because of Covid-19.Louis the main HVAC installer and two different helpers throughout 2 days removed my 50 year old oil furnace and installed a new Amana heat pump and ducted air handler. Matt the electrician hooked up the new system after checking to make sure I had the correct wire size etc. They were all great, professional, and did a really good job. I was impressed.

The technicians and all the staff were great to deal with. They were knowledgeable, informative, pleasant, and efficient. The installation of our heat pump posed one particular challenge but the technician, Lewis, figured out a solution. Lewis explained clearly how to use the system and patiently answered our many questions. The company offered excellent customer service, from the initial contact through scheduling the installation and making sure it proceeded smoothly..

Tom was fantastic. He explained what he was doing / checking and why. I like to know what's happening and he had no problem with that at all. The final invoice very informative along with pictures and a short video of things to keep watch or an eye on. Thank you very much Tom. We were able to get a service appointment in a timely manner at a time which suited our needs. We found the young technician who did the servicing to be very amiable, courteous, knowledgeable and ready to answer any and all our questions. He also advised of the 360 Comfort Plan including the cost of and the longer term benefits. Very satisfied with the service from 360 Comfort Systems.
